Sliding Doors, Cold Pan Units, Enclosed Base - Spec-Master® 

Cold pan is 20Ý wide x 6Ý deep, type 304 stainless steel with 1 1⁄2Ý drain and stopper lo cat ed in center of unit. Legs are 1 5⁄8Ý O.D. stainless steel tubing fitted with adjustable, non-marking plastic feet. Bot tom shelf is full depth of unit and welded to outer wrapper. Doors are 22 gauge type 430 stainless steel construction complete with recessed stainless steel handle. Doors sit within an ex clu sive rollerless track assembly providing easier clean ing and lower maintenance.
